A proper diet

A proper diet is not necessary to fast or make sacrifices to follow a healthy diet. Healthy and abundant food, cooked simply or eaten raw, can be varied according to the tastes and include everything you like. The important thing is to eat in a balanced manner. The bread and cereals, fresh fruit and vegetables, with moderate intake of protein, are able to supply the body with all the information they need.

The whole foods should not contain FOOD ADDITIVES, such as preservatives, colorings and flavorings. To the extent possible, should be grown without the addition of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, the meat should come from farms where animals are not treated with antibiotics or hormones.
