old Walt is a disbeliever, grumpy and lonely, a veteran of the Korean War, which has just lost his wife and has good relationships with their children. One night the boy wonder of the neighbors while trying to steal his custom-built, in a sort of initiation test to get into a youth gang. When the family of eastern origins, forces the boy to repay from working with Walt, the two will create a strong bond, which appianerà hardest aspects of human nature. Gran Torino (Clint Eastwood - 2008) was a model of the Ford became famous thanks to the set of Starsky and Hutch. It is no coincidence that both the machine to give the title of the film, since the underlying moral revolves around it. The plot is rather schematic, with an obvious division between good and evil and the storyline is rather predictable. However you can not just say it's a bad movie: it is a classic film, enjoyable to watch, with a solid direction, without excess or virtuosity, but capable of manual sequences (all in the garage with the chandelier swinging illuminating scene intermittently). Even among the actors are recorded anthology evidence, apart from the Eastwood character who draws a pleasingly obnoxious, and does not seem to have lost the verve that makes it more valuable. It seems to be his last film as an actor and this makes the film's ending almost ironic.
